All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due no later than 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable. Full refunds (excluding retainer) may be issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event.

3. Event Requirements

You are responsible for providing:

• Adequate space and access for setup

• Power supply within 10 feet of booth location

• Shelter for outdoor events (if applicable)

Failure to meet these conditions may impact booth performance, and Monumental Moments is not responsible for issues arising from unmet requirements.

4. Damages & Liability

Clients are responsible for damages caused by guests. Monumental Moments is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after the use of our services.

5. Media Use Consent

Unless otherwise stated in writing, we may use event photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms or our privacy policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Opting Out of Text Messages:
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Monumental Moments at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
